Low temperature chiller is a kind of water cooling equipment, which can provide a kind of cooling equipment with constant temperature, constant current and constant pressure. The chiller is to inject a certain amount of water into the internal water tank of the machine, and the refrigeration system that passes through it cools the water, and then a circulating water pump inside the machine injects low-temperature frozen water into the equipment that needs to be cooled, and the chilled water takes away the heat inside the equipment , And then flow the high-temperature hot water into the water tank again for cooling.

5. The protective function of microcomputer controller: the coil overheating protection, compressor oil preheating time switch machine, cold water flow switch, low cold water out of the water temperature through protection, Y - delta start failure protection, exhaust overheating protection, compressor overload protection, power lost memory function, frequent start-stop protection, abnormal voltage protection, low oil level protection, high and low voltage protection function;



6. Multiple protections, safe and reliable:In addition to the compressor's internal protection module to protect the compressor with functions such as overpressure, phase loss, and overload, the pressure control device of the refrigeration system can make the unit work foolproof;



7. Freezing medium: the unit is made of ethylene glycol antifreeze, which can also be designed with salt water as antifreeze according to customer requirements



8. Easy to install: The unit has completed the installation and running test of all components in the factory, and the refrigerant and refrigerant oil have been filled. 9. Low temperature chiller has a large compression ratio demand for compressor, most of them adopt the compound compression or Two-stage compression which are more complex than the single compressor systematically



10. The lubricating oil of low temperature chiller compressor depends on the difference between high and low pressure for oil supply. The oil inside the compressor has high oil separation efficiency, absorbs the noise of the unit, and ensures the unit runs smoothly and is not easy to be damaged.
