Noves Material is a high quality solder pallet material that enables good pallet design providing the best possible results from the wave soldering process, It is made by high quality fiberglass and special epoxy resin, with the high temperature extrusion forming by nanotechnology.

Application:

Test fixture, wave soldering pallet, reflow welding, SMT surface mount, furnace tray, fixtures for PCB and electronics industry 

A combination of flux, temperature and process cycles can result in the degradation of the standard grades of material The solution is Noves Item NS503/NS306 which has been specifically formulated for use with aggressive fluxes and high process temperatures. The resin used to produce item NS503/NS306 can withstand temperatures up to 380°C. The decision to use Noves item NS503/NS306 over one of the standard grades is made when the solder bath temperature exceeds 265°C and the bottom side PCB pre-heat exceeds 140°C.

Noves Material has excellent flux resistance. When fluxes containing halides or dicarboxylicacids are used in high volume production the lifespan of the standard grades of material can be reduced so noves material is an ideal solution
